Voices for many languages can be added once — quick and free. Steps for your device:
🤖Android phone/tablet: Settings → System → Languages & input → Text-to-speech output → Google Text-to-speech → Install voice data → pick your language.
🍎iPhone / iPad: Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → choose your language → Download.
🪟Windows PC: Settings → Time & Language → Language & Region → add your language → its Language options → Speech → download. Then use Chrome or Edge.
💻Mac: System Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → System Voice → Manage Voices → tick your language → Download.
After it downloads, come back, pick the language and press Play. On a computer, Chrome or Edge offer the most voices.
